May 31th, 2019. Deadline for registration, funding request and abstract submission (registration is necessary to apply for financial support)

Jun 15th, 2019. Final decision of acceptance abstracts and notification of financial support

Registration is no guarantee for receiving COST funding. After the deadline, depending on the number of applications, a selection will be made in order to guarantee gender, career stage and geographic diversity. Funding decisions will be notified at the latest on June 15th, 2019
